About New Alamein City:

Project Launch: The city was inaugurated on March 1, 2018, by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. It is located on the Mediterranean Sea, approximately 48 km west of El Alamein International Airport.

Retrospective Vision: Designed as a tourism, educational, and administrative triad, it includes three universities, 15 high-rise towers, and 10,000 hotel rooms.

Area and Population: It spans approximately 49,000 acres and aims to accommodate approximately 3 million people by 2030.

Four Smart Cities: Classified as a fourth-generation city, featuring a beachfront of approximately 14 km and state-of-the-art facilities.

Major Investment: It is part of a maritime project estimated to cost approximately $183 billion and is expected to become a Mediterranean destination of Cannes caliber and a unique lifestyle.

Comprehensive Infrastructure: The city includes a presidential palace, ministerial buildings, the International University of El Alamein, the Academy of Maritime Technology and Transport, tourist and cultural facilities, parks, and artificial lakes.

Prominent Landmarks:

Skyline towers such as the "Iconic" and "Downtown" towers, with heights ranging from 170 to 250 meters, making them among the tallest in Egypt.

A 7-kilometer-long corniche includes walking and cycling paths, commercial and entertainment areas along the sea.

A comprehensive range of luxury hotels, villas, chalets, and tourist apartments makes it a complete city for tourism and permanent residence.
